Our check-in was delayed by an hour due to the previous guests leaving the place messy. More notice would've been appreciated. However, once we were in, the place was clean and tidy. The host was really friendly and the beds were comfy. It was really easy to get in and out of Manchester for the gig we were seeing. The location was okay, close to the city with easy access to transportation. The rooms were spacious with enough beds. There was a shop next door, making it convenient for shopping. We had the opportunity to cook and do laundry, which made it feel like home. The house was spacious and clean, and there was plenty of room to park on the street. The host even left us some beer, wine, bread, and milk in the fridge. I would recommend this guesthouse despite the minor inconveniences we experienced.

I recently stayed at Abbey Hey Guesthouse for a spontaneous trip to Manchester. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city by bus or train. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds were perfect for our group of six, including two doubles. It was a nice touch to have a shop just a minute away for any last-minute needs. The ability to cook and do laundry made it feel like a home away from home. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even though he was out of the city at the time. I have never experienced such great hospitality before. Highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone traveling to Manchester!
Recommend this hotel.
